You didn’t ask for it, but here’s Plaster’s art gift guide 2025. You’re welcome
It’s beginning to look a lot like… shit, I haven’t bought one single gift yet. There’s many an art gift guide out there, but this isn’t just stuff we got sent by PRs, we actually want this stuff (or are at least fantasising about it). Whether you’re naughty, nice, or a bit freaky on the weekends, we’ve got you – and your art lovers – covered. You didn’t ask for it, but ho ho here it is:
Larry Bell STUD belt from J. Hopenstand
Larry Bell, STUD, 2025, CHF 3000, (in palladium plated or enamelled brass)
If I was a rich girl, the first thing I’d buy is a Jenny Saville painting. The next would be this STUD belt, which should feature in every art gift guide. It’s a collab between the legendary Larry Bell and 100-year-old Zurich-based belt maker J. Hopenstand, who have a track record for amazing art-belt commissions. 2026 is officially STUD summer – you heard it here first. – Harriet Lloyd-Smith
